abba, i belong to you

{Romans 8:14-16}

"God's spirit beckons. There are things to do & places to go! This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It's adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike, "What's next, Papa?" God's spirit touches our spirits & confirms who we really are. We know who he is & we know who we are: Father & children." (the message)

It is my dream to see a whole generation thrown into the sea of encounter, the endless ocean of the Father's love. The enemy's biggest fear is that we'll discover who we really are & become it. The places in our lives where we are attacked by the most fear is where the Father has most anointed us. When we are completely immersed in our heavenly Papa's love, all fear is cast out-we know who we are & that we are capable of anything. Oh the freedom!

Just two weeks ago, about 73 students, from the ages of 17 to 50,from all walks of life, came to YWAM Kona, HI, to be apart of the Fire & Fragrance Discipleship Training School (DTS),which I am staffing. So far, all we have covered are the depths of the Father's love for us & how the Holy Spirit confirms it; & I have never seen so many lives radically changed in such a short time.

From day one, students were being delivered from deep lies & fears that had plagued them since their childhood. Many of them said they literally felt the arms of the Lord around them, breaking off all striving, not-good-enough mindsets, flooding them with the perfect love of the Father. I had the privilege of holding one girl as she wept in her chair, saying to herself for the first time, "He loves me. I don't have to do anything. He just loves me." Several times a week, students stand up & share testimonies of how their hearts have been resurrected, & their old life is dead & gone-only by this mysterious, never-ending love that they never knew existed.

I am humbled to the floor. These people are going to change the world, no doubt about it. I have never seen a group of people so on fire with a zealous, burning love for their God. At this rate, any questions that could possibly still be in the hearts as to who they are will undoubtedly be answered, seeing that it's only week number three in a twelve week lecture phase. Good grief, what these laid down lovers will accomplish on outreach, one can only dream of.

Speaking of outreach, I'm proud to announce that I will be leading a team to the west coast of America for three months, along with two of my best friends/co-leaders, Katelyn Leavitt & Alexander Graves. We have a wonderful team that consists of three families, four kids, two amazing women of God (from Norway & Korea), & two other incredible men of God (we're 17 all together!). We will be going on a roadtrip up the coast, starting in San Diego, California (my hometown!) & ending in Seattle, Washington. We're going to be partnering with a lot of different prayer & worship ministries, as well as doing a lot of college campus ministry, & also street evangelism. My brother Alexander Graves will be launching a house of prayer in Seattle, his hometown, later this year, so while we're there we'll be be doing a lot of pioneering for that. Some of the other locations that teams from our school are going to are Mozambique, Iceland, Europe, Kosovo/ Pakistan, Egypt, Nepal, & Cambodia.

We've still got a ways to go before outreach, but I'm quite expectant for the remaining weeks here in Kona. As usual, I still need finances ($350 a month), so please pray about helping me out, prayer is powerful enough. The Lord has already provided miraculously, He's a good & faithful Papa. He is mine & I am His.
